this bread has a hefty amount of freshly milled ohio-grown organic wheat, rye, and spelt.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, organic ohio grown freshly milled hard red wheat, white wheat, spelt and rye, sourdough culture, salt, organic sesame seeds
