Meant to be enjoyed open-faced with anything or nothing on top. This bread is deeply fermented and you will be surprised at how filling it can be. It has a lovely sour flavor, which diminishes with toasting. This bread is 100% freshly milled here in-house.
Ingredients: ohio grown organic rye, sourdough culture, organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, almonds, org apricots, org cherries or cranberries (label will reflect), molasses or sorghum (label will reflect), salt.
