This bread starts with whole, organic einkorn berries, and the flour is milled to order here in my home bakery. Einkorn is lauded for its digestibility, high protein content, and wealth of micronutrients. It is dense and flavorful, when toasted it smells like buttered corn.
This is a whole grain bread, expect chewiness and heartiness!
Ingredients: organic ohio-grown einkorn, water, sourdough starter culture, salt.
