This bread starts with whole spelt berries. I mill the grain directly into the liquid, it can't get any fresher. Deliciously nutty, kissed with olive oil and sorghum, soft enough for a nostalgic PBJ and sturdy enough for soups.
Ingredients: organic ohio-grown spelt, lebanese extra virgin olive oil, ohio grown sorghum, sourdough starter culture, salt.
